Tile installers, sometimes referred to as tile setters, are skilled tradespeople who lay and finish tile on floors, walls, and other surfaces. They work with materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, and glass to create durable and decorative surfaces in homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces. Their job includes preparing surfaces, cutting tiles to fit, applying adhesives, and ensuring precise alignment for a professional look. Tile installers may also perform grouting and finishing to complete the project. Attention to detail and knowledge of various tile patterns and techniques are essential for quality results.
