Job description

Tile Apprentice or Experienced Tile Cleaning & Repair Technician

We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and hard-working individual with a positive attitude who wants to build a long-term career with a growing company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, good listener, and hands-on learner who takes pride in their work and enjoys a skilled trade.

As a Tile Cleaning & Repair Technician, you will work directly alongside one of our Certified Tile & Grout Lead Technicians, assisting with tile and grout cleaning, sealing, tile repairs, and shower restoration. No prior experience is required — we provide full training. We would also be interested in interviewing experienced tile setters with a construction & remodeling background.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn a trade and grow into a Lead Technician role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Lead Technician on residential and commercial job sites

  • Tile Setting, Preparation and Installation

  • Clean tile and grout surfaces

  • Apply grout sealers

  • Perform tile repairs and replacements

  • Assist with shower and bathroom repairs

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Valid and clean driver’s license

  • Flexible schedule

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Reliable transportation for commuting to jobs and punctuality
