What does a construction tile worker do?

Tile workers may work with a variety of materials, such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, or glass, to create durable and decorative surfaces. Their job requires precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of proper installation techniques to ensure a quality finish.

To thrive as a Construction Tile Setter, you need proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing tile, along with a solid understanding of construction math and blueprint reading, often backed by a high school diploma or vocational training. Familiarity with tools such as tile cutters, trowels, and grout applicators, as well as knowledge of adhesives and waterproofing systems, is essential.
