Skilled Tile Installer – Multi-Trade Construction Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Tile Installer to join our growing residential construction team. The ideal candidate is an experienced craftsman with exceptional tile installation skills who is also capable of assisting with other areas of residential construction as project demands require.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to completing projects efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
  • Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, glass, and large-format tile on floors, walls, showers, backsplashes, patios, and other surfaces.
  • Prepare surfaces by leveling, waterproofing, and installing appropriate underlayments and membranes.
  • Measure, cut, and install tile with precision while maintaining proper layout, spacing, and alignment.
  • Perform grout installation, caulking, sealing, and final finishing.
  • Install shower systems, niches, curbs, and waterproofing systems according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Read blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with additional construction tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional tile installation experience.
  • Extensive experience with residential remodeling and new construction.
  • Strong knowledge of tile layout, waterproofing systems, thinset applications, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to install large-format tile, natural stone, and custom shower systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
