Job description

What you’ll be doing

The Tennessee Titans are seeking an experienced Ticket Operations Manager to lead box office operations at Nissan Stadium. Sitting at the intersection of technology, fan experience, and revenue strategy, you'll oversee event setup, STM and account management, reporting, and game day execution while managing a team, owning vendor relationships, and partnering with departments across the organization.

  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable a Ticket Operations team focused on execution and customer service.
  • Oversee event setup and programming on SeatGeek ticketing system for Tennessee Titans related events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with SeatGeek, Fortress, and related vendors while maintaining first-class standards in every partnership.
  • Manage STM and ticket holder invoicing and ticket management rules, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with Membership Services and Sales teams on renewal campaigns and sales initiatives, communicating proactively to help teammates succeed.
  • Oversee partnership with PSL holder transfer and resale platform.
  • Serve as the main ticket contact for partnership and football departments.
  • Assist with execution of season ticket member outreach events.
  • Partner with the Strategy and Analytics team to ensure accurate reporting, campaign data integrity, and actionable insights.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications – What you’ll bring

 

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Ticket Office experience in professional or major collegiate sports.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing a ticket office or in a leadership role.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of SeatGeek Unify experience

PREFERRED:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams with accountability, clarity, and genuine investment in others’ growth
  • Proven track record working cross-functionally – across sales, analytics, partnerships or operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfort working with data and reporting tools.
