Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for welcoming, enthusiastic, hardworking, customer-oriented individuals to fill the rolls of Ticket Office Associate. You will meet, greet and sell tickets to the guests. The importance of the Ticket Office Associate is being a dedicated crew member and being friendly to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Sell tickets
  • Answer phones
  • Give the “All Clear” to the boats to depart the dock once the last passenger has boarded
  • Greeting customers
  • Helping dockhand, when necessary, with restrooms

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Requirements:

  • Previous experience is not required but is a plus.
  • Must be 18 years or older
