Full Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with Ticketmaster platform to sell tickets to clients inside and outside of the venue.
• Recognize and respond to customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve ticket issues.
• Use knowledge of venue to help and educate guests.
• In person and Phone reception
• Ability to work most or all event days/nights, and some week day shifts.
• Can operate autonomously for up to 7 hours.
• Support other box office staff as needed.
• Maintain strong, cooperative inter/intra-departmental relationships with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Prior ticketing system experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with accuracy and timeliness in high pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact constructively with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization.
• Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Experience in Cash Handling
• Respect for Intradepartmental relationships.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
• High School Diploma
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to walk distances, and the ability to sit for various lengths of time.
