Now Hiring: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Debt Collectors - In-Person | Buffalo, NY
Capital Management Services is actively hiring Bilingual Debt Collectors to join our team in a third-party collections environment. This role involves working directly with customers to resolve past-due accounts on behalf of our clients.
We are looking for individuals who are comfortable handling structured, goal-driven work and can manage conversations around sensitive financial situations.
What You'll Do:
  • Place outbound and receive inbound calls regarding past-due accounts
  • Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
  • Work to resolve balances and establish payment arrangements
  • Follow compliance guidelines and call quality standards
  • Meet daily and weekly performance metrics (calls, collections, productivity)
  • Navigate a high-volume call environment with consistency and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Ability to work in a structured, performance-based collections environment
  • Comfortable discussing payment obligations and overcoming objections
  • Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
  • Previous collections, call center, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
