The Host/Hostess serves as the first and last impression of the dining experience at The Ranch at Rock Creek. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating assignments, coordinating dining room flow, and ensuring every guest receives warm, personalized hospitality consistent with Forbes Five-Star and Relais & Châteaux standards.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.

Experience Requirements

Required

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Restaurant, hotel, resort, retail, or hospitality experience.
