Job description

Weโ€™re looking for a talented Textile + Wallpaper Designer to join a collaborative design team creating trend-driven wallpaper and surface pattern collections. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong eye for color, print, and repeat design who enjoys bringing creative concepts to life while working closely with production and design teams.

The ideal candidate has experience developing artwork for interiors or surface design, understands production requirements, and is passionate about creating beautiful, commercially successful prints and patterns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create original wallpaper, textile, and surface pattern artwork from concept through production.
  • Design seamless print repeats, engineered prints, and production-ready artwork.
  • Develop seasonal color palettes and multiple colorway options.
  • Create repeat layouts, color separations, and production files.
  • Prepare artwork packages that meet production specifications and quality standards.
  • Organize, maintain, and archive print libraries, artwork files, and design assets.
  • Collaborate with Design, Product Development, and Production teams throughout the development process.
  • Research trends in interiors, home dรฉcor, textiles, color, and surface design.
  • Ensure artwork is accurate, organized, and ready for manufacturing.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of textile design, surface design, or print design experience.
  • Experience designing wallpaper, textiles, home dรฉcor, interiors, or surface patterns.
  • Strong understanding of repeat design, colorways, indexing, and production artwork.
  • Experience creating production-ready files for manufacturing.
  • Excellent eye for color, pattern, composition, and trend.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
