Guided by our values, we focus on solutions that serve our customers, support our associates, and strengthen our communities. Since 1940, we've remained committed to creating better textiles-delivered seamlessly by experts who care.

If you're looking to build a strong technical foundation while gaining broad business exposure, our Quality Engineer Rotational Development Program offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your early-career growth.

This structured program is designed to develop well-rounded engineers through hands-on experience across quality, manufacturing, product development, and global supply chain operations, preparing you for future advancement within the organization.

Program Overview

You'll rotate through eight key functional areas, gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle from raw materials through manufacturing and delivery.

Your experience will include time in:

  • Quality inspection, lab testing, and complaint management
  • Sourcing and product development
  • Manufacturing operations and global quality

This program blends analytical, project-based work with on-site operational experience, giving you both depth and breadth as you develop your skills.

Travel and relocation are integral to the program, including:

  • Thomaston, GA (3 months) - weaving manufacturing (temporary relocation required)
  • Union, SC (6 months) - finishing and cut & sew operations (temporary relocation required)

Throughout the program, you'll work closely with experienced mentors and conclude with a final presentation to senior leadership highlighting your key learnings and contributions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyze quality data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Evaluate product quality and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer quality issues

Qualifications Include:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and relocate for rotations

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing or quality experience
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or structured problem-solving methodologies

Upon successful completion of the rotational development program, you will transition into a full-time role aligned with your strengths and interests, with continued growth opportunities.
