Description
The Process Engineer - Textile Dyeing will be responsible for optimizing dyeing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output while adhering to environmental and safety standards. This role involves analyzing production processes, implementing improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and sustainability.
- Design, develop, and optimize textile dyeing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent quality.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and production teams to develop innovative dyeing techniques and formulations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct trials and experiments to test new dyes, chemicals, or equipment for performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dyeing processes.
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support to production teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and sustainability practices.
- Train and mentor junior staff on dyeing processes and equipment operation.
Requirements
