A Day in the Life of a Consumer Electronics Technician:
  • On-site evaluation of damaged electronics from insurance claims involving fire, water, or lightning strike damage
  • Inventory, remove and transport electronic items and appliances from the insured's home or business
  • Disassemble and evaluate electronic items to be cleaned, serviced, and/or repaired
  • Test, clean, restore, and reassemble electronic items to pre-loss condition
  • Deliver and reinstall appliances and consumer electronic items within the insured home or business

What We are Looking for in You:
  • Excellent customer service skills; provide "white glove" service for our clients
  • Solid multi-tasking ability, prioritizing skills, and attention to details
  • Consistently exhibit empathy and compassion
  • Comfortable working on-site in post-peril (fire, floods, etc.) environments
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds during pick-up and delivery activities
