Job description

The automotive industry is transforming and Flow Automotive is leading the charge. Our Customer Relationship Center (CRC) is at the forefront of digital automotive retail, supporting 54 dealerships and 26 brands across North Carolina and Virginia. From our state-of-the-art facility in downtown Winston-Salem, our team handles sales inquiries and service appointment scheduling with the highest level of professionalism and care.


We’re hiring Automotive Outbound Customer Service Agents to connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and text. Whether you're coming from hospitality, retail, tech support, call centers, or another customer-facing field, our comprehensive paid training will set you up for success.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels (inbound/outbound calls, chat, text, email)
  • Call Flow customers to update them on current recalls, retention offers, and service repair contract options
  • Set high-quality appointments for service visits
  • Use CRM and telephony systems to call and text customers 
  • Collaborate with dealership staff, brand partners, and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
  • Work on-site in our office (not a hybrid or remote position)
