Customer Support Analyst
Location Tempe, Arizona | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
โข Shift 1 (Morning): 7:00amโ4:00pm โ $27.00/hr
โข Shift 2 (Afternoon): 3:00pmโ12:00am โ $28.00/hr
โข Shift 3 (Overnight): 11:00pmโ8:00am โ $29.00โ$30.00/hr
โข Rotating schedule with some weekends required
โข Full-Time | W2
โข Target Start Date: Mid-July
Role Impact
The Customer Support Analyst ensures timely, accurate resolution of customer inquiries while maintaining service excellence across multiple communication channels. This role supports operational continuity by managing high-volume requests, troubleshooting account or service-related issues, and documenting interactions with precision. Success is defined by response time, resolution quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
โข Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a high-volume contact center environment
โข Research, troubleshoot, and resolve account, billing, or service-related issues
โข Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accuracy and detail
โข Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of customer experience
โข Follow compliance guidelines, data privacy standards, and internal quality assurance procedures
Minimum Qualifications
โข 2+ years of banking/financial customer service or contact center experience
โข Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
โข Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, overnights, and weekends
โข Core Tools & Systems
โข Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
โข Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), Zendesk and Salesforce
โข Ticketing and case management systems
โข Multi-line phone systems and live chat platforms
Preferred Skills
โข Experience in a high-volume call center or shared services environment
โข Bilingual communication skills
โข Experience working with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
