Help students take the next step toward their educational and career goals by joining the Workforce Training Center as a part-time Test Proctor/Office Assistant. In this important role, you'll provide a welcoming, professional testing experience while supporting the daily operations of a busy office. Your attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service will help ensure students have the resources and support they need to succeed.
You'll oversee computer-based testing sessions by providing clear instructions, ensuring candidates follow established testing procedures, and maintaining the security and integrity of the testing environment. You'll work with multiple testing platforms and proprietary software, accurately maintain testing records, and follow strict confidentiality and security requirements. In addition to proctoring exams, you'll assist with student registration, data entry, answering phones and emails, responding to general inquiries, and providing front-line customer service to students, employees, and community members. This role offers a variety of responsibilities in a collaborative environment where every day brings new opportunities to assist others.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and committed to accuracy. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year full-time equivalent customer service experience.
To maintain test integrity, proctors may not be permitted to take or be certified in some of the exams they administer or proctor.
Starting pay range: $17.29 - $19.88
Work Site Location: Workforce Training Center
Work Schedule: up to 19.5 hrs per week
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.
