Position Summary
The Marketing Manager IVF Genetic Testing leads strategic marketing initiatives across PGT A, PGT M, PGT SR, EMMA ALICE, ERA, and emerging genomic technologies supporting reproductive medicine. This role is responsible for building market awareness, driving demand, and enabling commercial success in a highly technical and clinically sensitive environment.
The ideal candidate combines knowledge of IVF workflows and genetic testing with strong capabilities in messaging, content development, product launches, and customer insights. This role serves as a key bridge between commercial teams, clinical scientists, and genetic counselors to ensure accurate and compelling communication with clinicians, embryologists, and patients.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Market Development
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategy for genetic testing and genomic services
  • Define segmentation and positioning across IVF clinics, embryology labs, and genetic counseling networks
  • Build annual marketing plans and track performance to drive demand and revenue growth

Product Messaging, Content and Brand Development
  • Develop scientifically accurate and differentiated messaging aligned with clinical evidence and regulatory requirements
  • Create marketing materials including white papers, case studies, presentations, digital campaigns, and educational content
  • Translate complex genetic data into clear and meaningful customer value

Commercial Enablement
  • Partner with sales to deliver training, tools, and competitive positioning
  • Develop resources such as ROI tools, workflow guides, and objection handling materials
  • Provide ongoing competitive intelligence and field insights

Product Launch and Execution
  • Lead go to market strategy and execution for new assays, platform updates, and enhancements
  • Coordinate cross functional alignment across clinical, regulatory, product, and counseling teams
  • Monitor launch performance and adjust based on adoption, turnaround time trends, and feedback

Customer Insight and Clinical Engagement
  • Conduct voice of customer research with physicians, embryologists, lab leaders, and genetic counselors
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders to support credibility and evidence development
  • Lead advisory boards, webinars, and scientific engagement initiatives
  • Analyze usage data and reporting trends to refine strategy and messaging

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related technical field, or equivalent experience in an IVF environment
  • Experience managing technical product lines and supporting product launches
  • Strong understanding of IVF workflows and genetic testing applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills

Preferred
  • Experience working with embryology or genetic testing key opinion leaders
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing analytics tools
  • Ability to translate scientific concepts into clear and compelling messaging
