Join The River as a Testing Assistant (Part-Time)

What You'll Do
As a Testing Assistant, you'll help our Assessment Centers run smoothly and efficiently - supporting students, faculty, and staff every day. You'll:
  • Administer and virtually proctor exams with accuracy and care
  • Track and process distance learning exams
  • Assist with data entry and student notifications
  • Help students navigate the testing process confidently
  • Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and fairness in all testing situations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a calm, professional testing environment

You'll primarily serve on one of our five campuses - but flexibility to travel across campuses as needed is part of our team spirit.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who demonstrates:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • At least one year of experience in customer service and/or education
  • Prior experience in testing or proctoring environments (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • A student-first mindset and the ability to work with diverse learners
  • Professional judgment, reliability, and comfort with technology
