Job description

What You'll Do: The Office of Management Information Systems (OMIS) administers the computer-based management systems across the ODH enterprise. The office is responsible for maintaining ODH computer networks and servers and for the development and implementation of strategies that support the current and future technology needs of the agency.ย We are seeking a Service Desk College Intern who will gain knowledge of ODH IT operations within OMIS.

This position will:

  • Participate in all phases of software development lifecycle with emphasis in software development & testing
  • Assist with writing and revising scripts
  • Create & run test scripts
  • Assist OMIS staff & end users with software deployment
  • Attend meetings & take notes when manager is not available
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Currently pursuing a degree with an area of concentration in information systems or computer and information science or a related field AND able to provide your own transportation to/from primary worksite.
