Join our growing healthcare team! Were currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to support our North Miami and Pompano office locations. Must speak Creole language. If you're passionate about patient care, have great customer service and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment, wed love to hear from you!

Position: Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist
Locations: North Miami & Pompano
Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Clinical Duties:

  • Vital signs (BP, pulse, temp, respiration, height/weight)
  • Rooming patients and preparing for provider
  • Assisting with exams and minor procedures
  • Administering injections and immunizations
  • Performing EKGs and point-of-care testing
  • Phlebotomy: drawing blood, processing specimens
  • Ensuring exam rooms are sanitized and stocked
  • Medication and vaccine documentation

Administrative / Clerical Duties:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays
  • Patient intake and updating medical records (EHR/EMR)
  • Answering phones, managing referrals and authorizations
  • Assisting with billing tasks and medical inventory

Requirements:

  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
  • At least 1 year of MA and phlebotomy experience
  • Bilingual (English- Creole -Spanish ) REQUIRED
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
