  •  Tampa, FL 33607 (Floating Role Across Tampa and Surrounding Clinics)
  •  Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts
  •  Availability Required Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  •  No Nights. No Weekends.

Bring Your Skills Where They’re Needed Most
We’re seeking an experienced Floating Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support multiple clinic locations throughout Tampa, FL across multiple specialties. This role is ideal for adaptable, patient-focused professionals who enjoy variety, teamwork, and making an immediate impact across different care teams.
This is a direct-hire, weekday-only opportunity with consistent full-time hours and excellent benefits starting Day One.
What You’ll Do
  • Float between assigned clinic locations across Tampa
  • Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures with professionalism and compassion
  • Collect and document vital signs, patient intake, and clinical information in Epic EMR
  • Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments across multiple specialties
  • Administer medications and injections as ordered (if certified)
  • Perform EKGs, urinalysis, phlebotomy, and specimen collection
  • Assist with front-office duties including scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/out as needed
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized exam rooms and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, AHMG, and clinical regulations
  • Communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Uphold the organization’s mission and values in every patient interaction

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Current MA certification (AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant
  • Experience supporting multiple specialties preferred
  • Epic EMR experience (required)
  • Ability and willingness to float between Tampa-area clinics
  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical settings
