Job description

About the Role We're seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join a high-performing, customer-focused collision repair team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong estimating, communication, and customer service skills who can accurately assess vehicle damage, write estimates, and coordinate repairs from drop-off to delivery. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and review vehicle damage in person or via photos.

Create accurate and thorough estimates using CCC ONE (or other estimating software). Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, customers, and internal repair teams. Maintain high standards of documentation, repair order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Track vehicle repair progress, keeping customers updated throughout the repair process. Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate repair completion. Review supplements and update repair plans as additional damage is discovered.

Ensure compliance with OEM repair procedures and I-CAR Gold Class standards. Requirements Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Collision Estimator or in a related role (e.g., Service Advisor, Adjuster). Proficiency in CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating systems

Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance DRP guidelines. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus (preferred but not required). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a DRP (Direct Repair Program) environment. Familiarity with OEM-certified repair programs (Tesla, Honda ProFirst, Ford, BMW, etc.)

Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop setting.
