Job description

We’re seeking a professional Customer Service Specialist to support our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will act as a point of contact to handle inquiries, resolve product or service issues, and provide a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
  • Resolve product or service issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to resolve escalated cases
