Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will lead initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management, supporting both leadership and staff across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding
  • Advise leadership on HR policy, labor laws, and organizational culture
  • Oversee employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Lead DEI, learning & development, and HRIS system optimization initiatives
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and internal documentation
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for executive leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and performance management practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred
