HR Admin (Temporary Opportunity)
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with HR processes? JSG is seeking a dependable HR Admin to support our client's team during a crucial transition. This temporary role is perfect for someone who understands HR administrative functions and is ready to make an immediate impact. As the backbone of our onboarding and employee management process, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless new hire experiences and efficient clerical operations, all while working with top HR technology.
Pay $21/hour
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency with ADP WorkforceNow, including hiring, terminating, promoting, and running reports
  • Experience creating offer letters and managing candidate communication
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks such as ordering background checks and maintaining employee records
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with candidates and managers
  • Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience supporting HR teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and time-off policies
  • Basic understanding of the full employee lifecycle
