Job description

Job Title: HRIS Analyst (HR Technology Operations)
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Analyst to join our HR technology operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our enterprise HR technology environment.
This is a hands-on operations and support role requiring a strong technical foundation in Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms. You will ensure reliable system performance, execute rigorous testing cycles, maintain up-to-date process documentation, and deliver exceptional tier-2 support to global HR stakeholders. If you excel at bridging technical system configuration with user-centric problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Configuration
• Platform Operations: Oversee day-to-day administration, security configurations, and updates across core enterprise HCM modules.
• Enhancements & Maintenance: Support system enhancements, build new workflows to reduce manual processes, and troubleshoot complex production issues within established SLAs.
• Ticket Management: Resolve incoming ITSM ticketing requests, provide end-user technical assistance, and drive down recurring support friction.
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Testing Execution: Design, execute, and document comprehensive regression testing cycles for system releases and patch updates.
• Integration & Validation: Support integration testing, validate configuration changes, and assist business stakeholders with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Documentation & Training
• Knowledge Management: Author and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), configuration workbooks, internal knowledge articles, and user guides.
• Stakeholder Support: Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and process documentation to HR business partners and end-users.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of dedicated professional experience supporting and configuring enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Dayforce).
• Technical Mastery:
oProven experience with HCM platform configuration, business process workflows, and security maintenance.
oHands-on background executing regression, integration, and UAT testing cycles.
oExperience managing tickets within enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; exceptional organizational discipline.
