• Backlog & Roadmap Alignment: Partner with Product Owners (POs) to drive release and iteration roadmaps, ensuring backlogs are healthy, prioritized, and ready for execution.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and remove barriers to achievement with a sense of urgency, ensuring visibility across the organization to facilitate speedy responses to bottlenecks.
• Risk Management: Apply disciplined risk management to team decision-making, identifying potential threats to delivery and forming mitigation strategies.
Coaching, Mentoring & Transformation
• Team Actualization: Train and coach teams on Agile principles, ensuring synchronization with the broader ART and Solution goals.
• Consensus Building: Foster a culture of consensus-based decision-making, using diverse techniques to ensure all voices are heard and innovation is prioritized.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion a mindset of relentless improvement, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the efficacy of solutions and identify growth opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Connect the team with appropriate stakeholders to ensure they have the necessary context and resources to work effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience:
