Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Draper, Utah
Reports to: National Accounts Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in bringing new customers to the company from our partner lists. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calls to potential customers from our approved partner-generated lists and driving sales growth through phone calls, emails, and other outbound efforts. You will be a key contributor to the overall sales strategy and will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high-volume phone work, tracking metrics, and proactively pursuing potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Generate new business opportunities through outbound contacts with the members of automotive groups/organizations, for which AutoNetTV is an approved digital signage partner.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, tracking progress, and ensuring consistent follow-up.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and in turn drive interest in appropriate solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and
    services to effectively pitch and close deals.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed daily dials/conversations, weekly meetings, and monthly sales value.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach efforts and
    sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and optimize outreach tactics.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activity, progress toward goals, and feedback from prospects to the sales manager.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Experience with B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
  • Skills: No automotive or digital signage background necessary. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and continuously exhibit resilience to exceed KPIs.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor's degree in Business,
    Marketing, or a related field, is a plus.
