This is an open recruitment for three (3) vacancies which are full-time and represented.

About the Position The Air District is currently recruiting for the following three (3) vacancies: 1. Senior Systems Analyst - Operations Do you take ownership of systems that others depend on every day. Do you like stepping into complex problems and driving them forward.

Do you want your work to directly support environmental and public health outcomes. The Senior Systems Analyst role offers these opportunities. This position operates as a senior technical lead within the Information Systems Operations team, responsible for designing, supporting, and improving the systems that enable the Air District's work.

It requires strong technical depth, sound judgment, and the ability to move work forward across teams while staying hands-on in the technology. In this role, you'll play a hands-on part in operating and modernizing the Air District's technology environment, with opportunities across areas including, but not limited to Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering, Networking & Connectivity, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint & Device Management, Monitoring & Reliability, and Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity. 2.

Incumbents perform complex work, provide lead direction to project teams, resolve complex issues and provide advanced technical solutions. This class is distinguished from Principal Systems Analyst in that the latter provides a higher level of leadership and broader scope of responsibility. This class is also distinguished from Supervising Systems Analyst, in that the latter assigns, supervises, and evaluates the work of assigned staff on a continuing basis.

Designs and manages data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting functions. Develops and optimizes database structures and queries for performance and scalability. Minimum Qualifications The items listed below are the minimum requirements for this classification. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field and three years of experience in IT systems analysis, design, and project management, including significant experience in complex IT environments. Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the necessary qualifications to successfully perform the duties of the position will be considered.

Desired Qualifications: Operations Four (4) or more years of direct experience administering and supporting Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune in a production environment. Three (3) or more years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting networking solutions across both cloud and on-prem environments, including Azure virtual networks, network security groups, VPN gateways, and enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure. Two (2) or more years of experience managing mobile device management (MDM) platforms, including Windows, Android, and iOS devices, with responsibility for device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, and troubleshooting across enterprise environments.

Cybersecurity Six (6) or more years of professional experience, including at least three (3) years of direct professional experience in cybersecurity. Experience working across multiple cybersecurity domains, such as security engineering, security operations, risk management, and incident response. Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to prioritize cybersecurity risks and remediation efforts.

Business Analyst Five (5) or more years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise applications, software development, systems implementations, or major business process transformation initiatives. Experience working in Agile environments with demonstrated success developing epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement activities, and supporting sprint-based delivery teams. Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience leading workshops, requirements gathering sessions, process mapping activities, and consensus building discussions across technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience mentoring and leading Business Analysts, including establishing standards, reviewing deliverables, coaching team members, and driving consistency in requirements documentation and analysis practices.
