Medical Front Office Admin – Bilingual Spanish

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Front Office Admin to join a well-established specialty clinic, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.


Shift:

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, with specific days in each location: MWF in Laguna Woods and T/Th in Irvine


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately and manage the appointment calendar
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts, ensuring all documentation is complete
  • Assist with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) data entry and management
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate patient flow and clinic operations

 

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation to and from the clinic
