ROLE IMPACT

The Landscape Project Coordinator serves as a key administrative partner to company leadership, supporting project coordination, customer communications, permitting, scheduling, and job preparation activities. Success in this role means ensuring projects are organized, customers stay informed, crews have the information they need, and office operations run efficiently from start to finish.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the organizational hub between customers, vendors, field crews, and ownership to ensure projects move forward efficiently and professionally.

• Create and maintain project files, permits, proposals, design documents, and customer records throughout the project lifecycle.

• Own the scheduling and coordination of customer appointments, project timelines, inspections, permits, and crew readiness while ensuring all stakeholders remain informed of changes.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or administrative issues before they impact customers or field operations.

• Communicate proactively with customers regarding project timelines, scheduling updates, and service expectations.

• Support leadership with project coordination, crew scheduling assistance, ordering materials, and administrative special projects.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, executive support, office administration, or operations support.

• Demonstrated experience managing calendars, schedules, appointments, or field service scheduling.

• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-starter who can work independently and anticipate next steps
