Role: Digital Project Coordinator - Temporary

Location: Barcelona (Puig Torre 2) - Hybrid

Mission:

We are looking for a Temporary Digital Project Coordinator to help drive and support the revamp of our SharePoint-based internal platform. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and external partners to ensure effective coordination, smooth execution, and successful delivery of the project. Reporting to the Digital Content Tech Manager.

The role requires having 2-3 years of experience coordinating or managing digital projects, strong communication and organizational skills, a good understanding of user experience (UX) principles, and experience working closely with development teams.

  1. Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  2. Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to align on priorities, requirements, and deliverables.
  3. Support technical and UX discussions to help shape and refine solutions.
  4. Identify and address blockers, ensuring smooth progress across project phases.
  5. Facilitate communication among internal teams and external partners, maintaining transparency and alignment.
  6. Track and report on project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  7. Promote continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and usability.
  8. Share knowledge and insights within the team to support learning and collaboration.

Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor's /Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related fields; Project Management certification (Agile, PMP, Scrum) is a plus.
