Project Coordinator

**Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday |**

Express is looking for a reliable and organized Project Coordinator for one of our great clients. This position will support Project Managers and help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal team members.

The role will include:

  • Assist Project Managers with project planning and budgeting
  • Identify materials and resources needed for projects
  • Prepare and submit bid packages
  • Create and maintain project timelines
  • Coordinate between contractors, vendors, clients, and internal team members
  • Communicate with team members and clients throughout the project
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate project-related activities
  • Track project deadlines and help ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Maintain organized project documentation and records
  • Assist with general administrative and office duties as needed
  • Operate phones, computers, and standard office equipment

Ideal candidates will have previous project coordination, administrative, construction, or electrical experience. Previous construction or electrical work history is preferred.
