This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of digital marketing or marketing operations experience who enjoys managing multiple projects, working with marketing databases, leveraging data to drive successful marketing campaigns, and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and clients.
What You'll Do

  • Manage campaign timelines, project plans, and workflows using Monday.com or a similar project management platform, proactively communicating status updates, deadlines, and risks to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams to gather campaign requirements, coordinate approvals, and ensure all assets are prepared for launch.
  • Perform quality assurance on emails, links, audience selections, and other campaign components prior to deployment.
  • Coordinate the deployment of promotional, webcast, and custom program emails, monitoring campaign execution and working with internal teams to quickly resolve any issues.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency.
Audience Segmentation & Database Management
  • Build, validate, and optimize audience segments using marketing databases and audience tools to support digital marketing campaigns.
  • Apply audience targeting best practices to maximize campaign performance and achieve program objectives.
  • Partner with Senior Client Marketing Manager to develop audience recommendations based on campaign objectives, historical performance, and available customer data.
  • Maintain audience documentation and campaign records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, data governance standards, and internal best practices.
Client Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare recurring client reports summarizing campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Analyze campaign results and identify trends to support Senior Client Marketing Manager in optimizing future campaigns.
  • Participate in client meetings and status calls alongside Senior Client Marketing Manager, providing operational updates and campaign insights.
  • Respond to routine client requests and coordinate follow-up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Continuous Improvement
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance campaign quality, efficiency, and team workflows.
  • Document and maintain campaign processes and operational best practices.
  • Stay current on digital marketing, email marketing, and marketing operations trends and technologies.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with marketing databases, CRM platforms, and/or marketing automation tools, including building audience segments, managing customer data, and maintaining high standards of data quality, accuracy, and audience management best practices.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience preparing client reports and interpreting campaign performance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (particularly Excel) and SharePoint.
