Position Summary

The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is seeking a highly organized Marketing Operations Manager to support the successful execution of integrated marketing initiatives across the Brand & Digital Growth team. In this role, you will manage campaign operations, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and with excellence.

Working closely with creative, digital, content, analytics, and external partners, you'll play a key role in turning marketing strategies into successful campaigns through operational excellence, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position based in Lake Mary, Florida, combining in-office collaboration with remote work.

What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, project timelines, deliverables, and status tracking.
  • Coordinate campaign launches across digital, email, print, paid media, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure marketing assets are developed, reviewed, approved, and deployed on schedule.
  • Maintain project management systems, campaign workflows, and operational documentation.
  • Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints while proactively recommending solutions.
  • Develop and maintain campaign playbooks, launch checklists, and process documentation to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, content, data, and vendor teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Support vendor coordination, budget tracking, and operational reporting.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, campaign management, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Experience using project management or campaign workflow tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience working with marketing automation, email marketing platforms, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and prepare reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, print, events, and paid media.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, digital analytics, or campaign reporting tools.
  • Experience working within a membership association, nonprofit, professional services organization, or mission-driven brand.
