Job Opportunity

International Investment Bank seeks a Bilingual Japanese Administrative Assistant who will be supporting their Sales team. This is a 6-month temporary role and has a possibility of becoming a permanent. Responsibilities include arranging travels, meetings, lunches, and other events, managing expenses, making photo copies of documents and organizing materials, ordering office supplies, answering phone calls in a professional manner, and performing other administrative tasks as requested.

Requirements include being bilingual in Japanese and English (read/write/speak), having 1-3 years experience as an administrative assistant, a college degree, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, time management skills, attention to detail, and being a team-worker. In order to commute to the Midtown office, COVID full vaccination status is required.
