Japanese Bilingual Social Media Marketing & Content Creator | Apparel and Lifestyle Goods Company

HRAIT/aiTWorks, a Japanese recruiting company, is currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual Social Media Marketing & Content Creator for a Honolulu-based apparel and lifestyle goods company.
This position will be responsible for social media marketing and content creation for wellness, healing, and lifestyle-related projects in Bali and Hawaii. The role will focus on managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as planning content, editing images and videos, creating reels and short-form videos, and sharing engaging content to increase brand awareness.
The company is also planning on-site filming in Bali, and this position will be responsible for editing video and photo materials after filming. The role will also support social media promotion and content planning for Hawaii-related products.
This is a hybrid position based in Honolulu, Hawaii, with a combination of remote work and in-office work at the Honolulu office.

Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Edit images and videos for social media posts
Plan and create social media content
Create reels and short-form videos
Edit and deliver video and photo materials after filming
Plan promotional content for products and services
Support digital advertising initiatives
Plan and execute marketing initiatives
Share content to increase brand awareness
Create social media content related to sound healing projects in Bali
Promote Hawaii-related products through social media
Perform other duties related to social media marketing and content creation
Requirements:
Must currently reside in Hawaii
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
Japanese bilingual
23+ years of social media marketing experience
Image editing and video editing skills
Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools
Ability to plan and create engaging content
Ability to work full-time with a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to start quickly preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as an influencer or content creator
Strong personal social media presence
Experience managing Meta ads, Instagram ads, or TikTok ads
Interest in wellness, healing, spirituality, or lifestyle-related fields
Experience promoting apparel, lifestyle goods, or related products on social media
