We are a stable and growing international logistics company seeking a Japanese Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join our expanding operations team.

Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will support the daily operations of our warehouse and logistics team, helping ensure efficient inventory management, inbound and outbound shipments, and outstanding customer service.
Working closely with experienced operations leaders, this position offers the opportunity to build supervisory experience while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Assist with inbound container receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate domestic shipments for both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and logistics requests.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers and internal departments.
  • Prepare shipping documents and maintain operational records.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Support daily warehouse operations and help coordinate team activities.
  • Assist management with process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • Previous leadership or team lead experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Japanese and English bilingual communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
Warehouse

  • Approximately 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility
Current Team Structure

  • Office Staff: 3
