Japanese Bilingual Executive Assistant

We are a growing international company seeking a highly organized and proactive Japanese Bilingual Executive Assistant to support a strategic executive leader in a fast-paced business environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys high-level executive support, thrives in a dynamic workplace, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while working closely with leadership.
You will play an important role in supporting executive operations, communication, project coordination, and business initiatives in both Japanese and English.
Position Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to a senior executive, managing schedules, communications, meetings, travel coordination, and various strategic projects.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in Japanese and English, detail-oriented, adaptable, professional, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Attend meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence in Japanese and English
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and communications
  • Support smooth communication across departments and international stakeholders
Project & Office Coordination

  • Assist with strategic projects and follow up on deliverables
  • Coordinate company events and team activities
  • Support office operations and vendor management
