We are seeking an Inventory Counter that is responsible for accurately counting, recording, and verifying stock levels of materials, products, and supplies. This role ensures that inventory records are up to date and discrepancies are promptly reported and resolved to maintain smooth warehouse and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform physical counts of inventory items in warehouses, storage areas, and production lines.
  • Record quantities, product codes, and lot numbers into inventory systems or count sheets.
  • Compare physical counts with system records to identify discrepancies.
  • Report shortages, overages, or damaged goods to supervisors or managers.
  • Assist with cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation of inventory activities.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards during all inventory tasks.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and management to resolve inventory issues.
