Warehouse Associate - Chandler

Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and material handling. This position requires the ability to work independently during high-volume morning operations while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and safety. Temporary Full-Time Position. Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound materials.
  • Handle and move materials safely, including lifting up to 50+ lbs.
  • Operate within warehouse systems and utilize basic computer functions for tracking, documentation, and communication.
  • Independently manage morning workload, prioritizing tasks to meet operational deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas to support efficient operations.
  • Follow established safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
  • Experience with forklifts is a plus but not required.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support overall warehouse productivity.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting, tracking, and reporting discrepancies.
