  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics that support business decision-making. Ensure reporting processes are accurate, repeatable, and audit-ready.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues independently or in partnership with UKG Support.
  • Track recurring issues, identify root causes, and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Coordinate implementation activities for system upgrades and enhancements while minimizing business disruption.

  • Support integrations with platforms including:

    • Other third-party HR technologies
  • Build strong partnerships with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and Talent Acquisition. Consult with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, operational challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions while maintaining system integrity and governance.
  • Provide recommendations and best practices based on UKG functionality and prior experience.
  • Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to HR systems and employee data.
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
  • Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule
  • Provide backup support for payroll processing during planned absences or business continuity situations.
  • Participate in audits and provide system documentation and reporting as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Other job duties assigned

Skills for Success
