DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and flexible team members to join us as Food Service Workers and Dishwashers. This role focuses on kitchen support, basic food service tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. You may assist with preparing workstations, portioning items, stocking supplies, or handling dishwashing and sanitation duties-helping to keep operations running smoothly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is dependable, coachable, quality-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Arrive on time and ready to work at assigned sites
  • Assist with portioning, plating, and setting up workstations
  • Operate dishwashers or wash items by hand; put away clean dishes and equipment
  • Sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash as needed
  • Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation
  • Follow all nutrition, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in food service & dishwashing
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work well in a team and stay positive under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent

Must have:
  • Up-to-date Hepatitis A vaccination records
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation (public transit is not considered reliable)
  • Working cellphone with cellular service
