*This position is not benefit-eligible.
Campus Recreation is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic individual to assist with daily operations and student engagement activities. The role includes supporting facility setup, managing equipment, providing front desk coverage, and helping coordinate intramural sports, fitness classes, and special events.
Responsibilities
Saturday: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Sunday: 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM
Monday-Wednesday: 5:15 AM - 12:15 PM
Duties can include answering phones, managing office and event supplies along other various desk and gym responsibilities. Requires knowledge of university and department/division policies and procedures. Judgment and initiative are exercised frequently in answering verbal and written communications and in implementing and interpreting University-wide policies.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent with work experience in an administrative support role.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills and can multitask.
Must be able to work with minimum supervision and be customer service driven.
