Job description

Temporary Assistant

Hello, I need temporary help on September 26, 2026, 11 am-4 pm for the NW Tea Festival 2026. If you have tea experience or enjoy tea great, that is an added bonus, but not a requirement. This is also a great opportunity for someone who wants to attend the festival too. The festival itself is 10 am to 6 pm Saturday, so you will have a total of 3 hours to attend the event (1 hour before and 2 hours after your work shift). You will be brewing tea, running errands, taking payments, pouring tea for samples, manning the booth during my class, and a general helper during the event. Basically you will be the assistant for me during the busier times of the event, so I can focus on connecting with customers. If you know a little more about tea or have great customer service great, you will be chatting with people too, so a pleasant demeanor is ideal.

This is also a good job if someone needs just a little extra money. Purely temporary and will be paid on the day after your shift is done.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person - 301 Mercer Street, Seattle, WA 98109
