CALLING ALL CAREGIVERS - Grand Rapids & Lakeshore
Are you a dedicated and compassionate in-home caregiver looking for a career with purpose and potential? We are looking for passionate people with skills in senior care. This employment opportunity is a great way to be part of a large Christian organization dedicated to the care of our area's seniors. Atrio Help at Home allows employees to tailor their own schedules, work part time and give back to their neighbors and surrounding community. Atrio offers services 24 hours a day, and shifts are typically 2 - 4 hours at a time, which allows employees the flexibility to choose the hours that they can dedicate to caring for our seniors.
Here's what we offer:
Flexible Scheduling - mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, overnight
  • Assist our elderly neighbors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Medication reminders
  • Help with nighttime routines
  • Support with meal preparation, and cooking according to dietary requirements
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks
  • Ensure that the environment is safe
  • Transportation, errands and shopping
  • Companionship and dementia care

Competitive Pay -
  • $18.10/hr for non-certified aides (willing to perform all care tasks)
  • $19.10/hr for Michigan-certified CNAs
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Compensation for drive time
  • One weekend of on-call duty per month and two holidays a year are required
