Job description

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for Industrial Cleaners for our client in Princeton, Indiana.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shifts
Depending on department 7am-7pm / 8am-8pm
This is a temp to permanent placement hire!!
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in industrial settings.
Utilizing core skills in industrial cleaning and sanitation
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Your relevant skills in janitorial experience, food production, and manufacturing will be valuable in meeting industry standards.
Additionally, your ability to perform heavy lifting and your experience in commercial cleaning will contribute to the efficiency of the cleaning process.
This is for an industrial plant. Manual labor.
Job Duties:
Strong communication skills
Working in a team environment
General Housekeeping as needed
Paint booth cleaning/tank cleaning/pit cleaning;
Duct Cleaning
Operation of commercial pressure washing equipment
Large machinery cleaning
Cleaning delicate robots
Clearing and scraping paint line grates
Scrubbing processing tanks and vats;
Transporting trash and waste to appropriate disposal areas;
Cleaning screens and filters
Requirements:
1+ year of industrial cleaning experience preferred;
Steel toed shoes required for employment
Must be able to pass pre-screening background check and drug test
Must be able to complete and pass required safety testing
Must be capable of moving heavy grates and other items in the paint shop (no lifting restrictions)
Cannot be afraid of heights
