Job description

Job Summary
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
- Dress Code: Business Casual
- Interview Process: Virtual interview followed by In-Person interview
- Job Type: Temp to Engage
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide mailroom support (approx. 80% of duties)
- Receive, distribute, and ship mail and packages
- Scan documents and process outgoing shipments
- Offer general office and hospitality support (approx. 20% of duties)
- Perform extensive walking within/between buildings
- Lift/move items up to and occasionally over 50 lbs. (assistance available)
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Teams
- Communicate frequently via email
- Operate office machines and technical equipment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years related experience or equivalent
- Shipping and receiving experience required
- Copy job experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance may be required
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- High energy, motivated, resourceful, and results-driven
- Good PC, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Mathematical and filing abilities
- Ability to use office machines and basic hand tools
