We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Document Scanning Clerk at our Processing Center. This location offers a great working environment, and great pay.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately scanning and entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is meticulously documented and easily accessible.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with and a sharp attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to work efficiently.
  • Excellent clerical skills, including the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members.
Language Ability:
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one- on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:

Due to the nature of the confidential documents, we work with, no cell phones, blue tooth or smart watches are allowed at the employees' workstation, we do provide lockers to store your personal items.
If an applicant is qualified, an interview will be set up with the hiring Manager. If selected for the position, a background check form will be forwarded for completion. Once the results of the background are received and cleared, an offer of employment will be forwarded, a start date can be determined, and the Onboarding process will be implemented.
Pay Range: $16 per hour
