Primary Purpose of the Role
  • To extract data from SAP and Power BI, compile it into Excel, and analyze it (process and quality data) to provide actionable results/reports for management.
Responsibilities:
  • Support for analyzing the capability of processes and activities (tracking, performance standards, conformity and compliance).
  • Work closely with project managers to gather and analyze attribute and process statistical data.
  • Work closely with the project administrator, confirming conformance and compliance with respect to the predefined internal client format.
  • Document and track deviations from standard setups, root cause, corrective action plan, and closure.
  • Capture and publish action items and meeting minutes from run to standard governance meeting; support document audits and updates and writing of new documents as necessary.
  • 2 years of experience
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office
  • Data analytics background preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (No degree required).
 
Key Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Must be proficient in X-Lookups, V-Lookups, and Pivot Tables).
 
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis/Excel.
