Financial Analyst | Hybrid | Loveland, CO

I'm partnering with a global organization seeking a Financial Analyst who enjoys solving business problems, digging into data, and partnering with stakeholders to understand the "why" behind financial results.

This isn't a highly technical reporting position. I'm looking for someone who enjoys investigating margin fluctuations, working directly with business leaders, and helping drive better decision-making through financial analysis.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Analyze margin performance and identify root causes of fluctuations
  • Research variances related to cost, rebates, pricing, freight, and operational drivers
  • Partner with operations and finance leaders across North America
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end financial activities
  • Develop financial reporting and business insights
  • Work with SAP, Power BI, and Excel to support reporting and decision-making
  • Respond to financial inquiries from regional stakeholders
  • Support ongoing financial transformation and data harmonization initiatives
What I'm Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of Financial Analysis experience
  • Strong margin analysis experience
  • SAP experience within finance, accounting, or FP&A
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-facing experience
  • Self-starter who can take direction and run independently

  • Power BI experience
  • ERP experience beyond SAP
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts
