Job description

A growing company in the Randolph area is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join its team. This Logistics Analyst is an ideal role for anyone looking to do logistics, supply chain, or order management who enjoys coordinating across departments and ensuring customer orders move efficiently from purchase through fulfillment and invoicing. This Logistics Analyst will work closely with customers, internal teams, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers to resolve issues, coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, and maintain accurate order information. This Logistics Analyst will also analyze operational data and help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Other responsibilities of this Logistics Analyst will include but not be limited to:


Logistics Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate domestic and import orders from entry through fulfillment.
  • Work with customers, internal departments, warehouses, and 3PL partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies between customer requirements and internal systems.
  • Maintain customer, pricing, and product information within ERP systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and address potential shortages or fulfillment issues.
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners regarding routing, shipping changes, shortages, and other order issues.
  • Monitor customer shipping requirements and communicate updates to appropriate internal teams.
  • Track and report operational and customer service KPIs.
  • Perform manual order entry when required.
  • Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support and lead cross-functional projects as needed.
