Job description


Job Summary  
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst III to support the Invoice to Cash (I2C) department by executing daily operational tasks focused on e-commerce accounts receivable and sales billing. This role provides essential technical and administrative support to ensure the financial integrity of e-commerce revenue. Working under the direction of the A/R Lead, the Analyst will assist in resolving billing blocks, performing reconciliations, and ensuring the continuous flow of sales data into SAP and cloud-based I2C solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. E-commerce A/R & Reconciliation Support (~40%)
  2. Execute daily sales validation tasks and process A/R reconciliations for e-commerce and retail accounts.
  3. Reconcile daily payment files from Payment Service Providers (PSPs); flag discrepancies for senior review.
  4. Assist with data reconciliation during automation project Go Lives (Blackline/High Radius).
  5. Perform manual SAP entries and adjustments to maintain accurate subledger records.
  6. Sales Billing Support (~35%)
  7. Monitor SAP billing block reports and release blocks for D2C brands and retail partners.
  8. Audit orders in “shipped” status held by billing blocks to minimize impact on daily targets.
  9. Support processing of retail Sales Billing Blocks and Company Store sales.
  10. Assist with B2B Wholesale billing block resolution by reviewing master data gaps or credit limits.
  11. Process ACH/wire and check payments in accordance with standards.
  12. Reporting & Data Maintenance (~15%)
  13. Update Power BI dashboards with accurate SAP data extracts.
  14. Compile data for key I2C metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  15. Provide administrative support for SAP S4 readiness and digital transformation initiatives.
  16. Cross-Functional Coordination (~10%)
  17. Act as a support contact for Supply Chain inquiries regarding missing sales or pricing discrepancies.
  18. Assist in documenting SOPs and updating best practice manuals.
  19. Provide A/R data support for integration of new brand acquisitions.

Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree required.
  2. Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Receivable or Finance support role.
  3. Proficiency in SAP ECC or S4 HANA.
  4. Strong Excel skills (data entry, formulas) and Outlook proficiency.
  5. Experience with Power BI reporting.
  6. High attention to detail in data entry and root cause investigation.
  7. Ability to work effectively within a team and take direction from senior analysts.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Exposure to Blackline or High Radius cloud-based solutions.
  2. Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or e-commerce industries.
  3. Strong knowledge of invoice-to-cash processes.
