Job description

A dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Houston, TX POSITION SUMMARY: In this role, you will see that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. You are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.

In addition, you should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: Full-time Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. Superb negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
